A new law has just gone into effect in New York state that permanently allows craft manufacturers of liquor and cider to ship directly to consumers.
This morning. Nine Pine celebrated the direct-to-consumer law on Monday by packaging its first shipment. The company says the new law paves the way for expanded sales and distribution.
During the pandemic. New York craft manufacturers were granted temporary shipping privileges to help them survive.
