A Wilton man was arrested Sunday for allegedly throwing a cell phone at a person.
Jesse J. Klingbeil, 37, is accused of hurting the person with the phone. He also allegedly intentionally damaged the person s windshield, the Saratoga County Sheriff s Office said.
Klingbeil was charged with assault, aggravated family offense, criminal mischief and criminal possession of a weapon. He was arraigned in Wilton Town Court and released to pretrial services.
