Schodack woman charged with burglary

A Schodack lady is charged with taking goods from a car and an enclosed porch.

According to State Police, at approximately 2:15 p.m. on December 10, Jessmynda M. Dosch-Evangelista, 33, went to a Schodack home, entered an enclosed porch, and stole clothing from the victim’s car. Before fleeing the scene, she allegedly attempted to enter the house and caused damage.

According to police, troopers discovered her with the stolen goods in an outbuilding on the property.

She was accused of trespassing, burglary, criminal mischief, and criminal possession of stolen property.
