ALBUQUERQUE, New Mexico (Thedailymiaminews) — Two people from California who were previously charged with human trafficking on a local level are now facing accusations at the federal level. The federal government has announced that Tajahnae Johnson and Roderick Norseweather Jr. have been charged with the transportation of juveniles with the intention of engaging in sexual activities that is illegal.
According to the Albuquerque Police Department, they brought a young woman from California who was 14 years old all the way to Albuquerque for sexual work. On the first of this month, they were taken into custody on Central Avenue.
