An 18-hour search for a missing Alabama hunter ended with smiles when searchers discovered the man, who was in good shape.
Deputies from the Colbert County Sheriff’s Office reported the hunter missing at 7:30 p.m. Sunday in New Bethel.
Several authorities, including the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, aided in the search.
The hunter was found in good shape on Monday and was examined by emergency medical professionals as a precaution.
