The possible legal consequences for Sean “Diddy” Combs’ family continued when a lady filed a complaint against his son, Christian “King” Combs, containing alarming allegations.
In court documents obtained by FOX 11, the alleged victim claims the 26-year-old heiress sexually attacked her while working as an employee at one of the music mogul’s Christmas yacht parties in December 2022. According to the petition, which also alleges sexual harassment and cause of emotional distress, the alleged victim was 25 years old when the alleged occurrences occurred.
The case was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, April 4.
The record describes the night the victim worked as a steward from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. on a date around December 28, 2022.
In the filing, she claims that throughout her shift, she witnessed a “constant rotation of suspected sex workers,” as well as celebrities partying and doing drugs. During the holiday event, she recalls seeing Christian Combs join the yacht with Lil Rod, who was “heavily intoxicated.”
Coincidentally, Lil Rod has filed a second complaint against Diddy. Justin Combs, Christian Combs’ brother, is named as one of the defendants in the explosive lawsuit. In that complaint, Lil Rod claims to have numerous videos of Diddy and his purported antics.
Justin and Christian were home when Homeland Security raided Diddy’s Los Angeles mansion late last month. Diddy’s legal team, as well as Justin Combs’ mother, Misa Hylton, criticized what they called a “deplorable” use of force.
Going back to that evening, Christian Combs allegedly became hostile after forcing her to drink tequila. She also stated that she “suspected” that the tequila was tainted and remembered seeing other women on the boat drop out after just one drink.
The plaintiff said she attempted to ignore Christian Combs’ advances. Instead, he allegedly put his hands on her without her permission and touched her intimate parts. Lil Rod purportedly has audio recordings of the incidents in which she is heard refusing to drink and telling Christian Combs to stop touching her, followed by “kissing noises.”
She eventually said that she was able to leave that area of the vessel and resume her steward responsibilities. Later that evening, according to the records, Christian Combs found her again and allegedly begged her to find him a place to sleep. When he was directed to a dimly lit movie theater on the yacht, he touched her, and the situation escalated.
The lady claimed in court filings that he tried to “force” her into giving him oral sex and “grabbed her arms” in the process. The filings also include images of her damaged arm from the alleged incident. She claimed she fought him off and escaped with someone else who walked into the boat cinema.
The plaintiff said she told the yacht skipper what transpired the next day. However, he did not appear to believe her, and the firm did not pursue an investigation. The yacht captain allegedly retaliated against her for several months until being fired in May 2023.
The alleged incidents left a lasting impression on the woman who brought the lawsuit. She stated that after being let go, she suffered from anxiety, panic attacks, and suicidal thoughts.
Diddy is also mentioned as a defendant in the most recent lawsuit. He is accused of assisting and abetting his son’s activities, as well as renting out the yacht.
