Wealthy Enclave: New Jersey Proudly Hosts Two of the Globe’s 400 Richest Individuals!

Perhaps the wealthy don’t reside in your neighborhood or in the same city as you. Still, they’re present.

They may utilize the same airport, travel the same roads, and reside in the same state. They live here with us. There are a lot of millionaires here. even a few billionaires.

These two are the next in line.

Forbes published a list of the 400 richest people in the world—not only in the United States or Canada. Two of the 400 wealthiest individuals on the globe have chosen to reside in this very state of New Jersey.

Nobody is Phil Murphy, though. Not even near.

A few previous residents of New Jersey made the list before we revealed who lives here. Bernard Marcus, the man of Home Depot, is one of them. After graduating from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, he attended South Side High School in Newark. He is now a $10 billionaire and resides in Atlanta at the age of 94.

Former Short Hills resident David Tepper is the owner of the Carolina Panthers and the creator of a hedge fund business. He’s in Florida right now with his $20 billion.

Megarich people also wish to get out of New Jersey. Not everyone, though.

John Overdeck is the 364th richest person on the planet; he resides in Millburn. Co-founder of the hedge fund business Two Sigma Investments, the 54-year-old math whiz kid placed silver at the International Mathematical Olympiad when he was 16 years old. He is valued at $7.3 billion.

And lastly, Rocco Commisso. The 322nd richest man in the world and the richest individual in New Jersey is the 74-year-old founder and CEO of Mediacom. Thanks to his generosity, Columbia University, where he received a free ride, now has a soccer stadium named after him. He was the CFO of Cablevision before Time Warner bought it in the 1990s. He is worth eight billion dollars and resides in Saddle River.
