Chicago, Indianapolis, Milwaukee, and Phoenix teachers who have been nominated will be reduced to 80 finalists and then to 10 winners, who will get a $250 catering package for their school and a free medium cheese pizza per week for a year.

Honorably mentioned 70 teachers will get a $100 gift card for the pizza.

Teachers who are nominating them must write a one-sentence statement outlining why they think their teacher should receive a year of free pies. Next, entries will be evaluated for nomination by the Lou Malnati marketing team based on creativity and “clear reasoning.”

Up until May 3, when winners will be chosen in advance of Teacher Appreciation Week, which begins on May 6, nominations can be made.
