The building, situated at 1940 Turnbull Ave., will feature a total of 154 units, with 101 units available at market rate. 53 units have been designated for seniors with incomes at 50% of the area median.
All 53 of the affordable units are studio apartments. The monthly rent is stated as zero, and each unit can accommodate up to two individuals.
Applicants must have a combined annual income that does not exceed $62,150.
