Annual ‘Go Red for Women’ luncheon in Albany to help fight heart disease

Hundreds of people will gather in downtown Albany Friday for a good cause. It is the annual Go Red for Women luncheon put on by the American Heart Association.

Hundreds will gather at the Albany Capital Center for a good cause on Friday.

The annual Go Red for Women luncheon is set up to be one of the biggest years for the event in a long time.

More than 400 tickets have already been sold.
It starts at 10:30 a.m. with some educational programming about heart health and wellness. It wraps up at 1:30 p.m.
