Twenty-one home care workers honored statewide

A group of 21 exceptional home care workers were honored statewide on Thursday.

Nominations were submitted by seniors and people with disabilities, receiving outstanding care that enables them to stay in their homes.
Consumer Directed Choices recognized over 20 of them with Constance Laymon Personal Assistant Recognition awards.
The majority are from Albany and Saratoga counties.
This is in conjunction with National Family Caregivers Month this November.
