Police: Ballston Spa woman was over 3x too drunk to drive

A Ballston Spa woman is accused of driving with a blood alcohol level over three times the legal limit.

State Police responded to a report of a disturbance in Malta on Oct. 31 around 5:30 p.m. Ashley L. Livingston, 32, is accused of driving to the home uninvited and getting into an argument with a person there.

Livingston was arrested and taken to the State Police station, where she recorded a blood alcohol concentration of 0.26%. The legal limit is 0.08%.

Livingston has a previous DWI conviction within the last 10 years.

She was issued appearance tickets.
