Police: Saratoga County man threatened person with gun

A Saratoga County man is accused of threatening a person with a gun during a domestic incident.

Michael S. Wood Jr., 32, showed a shotgun at a residence on Fayville Road on the town of Providence on Nov. 10 just before 9:15 p.m., according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.

Wood also allegedly damaged property. A youth under the age of 17 was present, according to police.

Wood was charged with criminal possession of a weapon, menacing, criminal mischief and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arraigned in Malta Town Court and released on his won recognizance.
