The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a hit-and-run involving a dog.

A person living in Amsterdam captured video on their Ring doorbell cam. It shows a motorcycle entering the frame from the top of the screen.

The bike then swerves, slows down, and keeps on driving.

While the quality isn’t the best, authorities said they can determine it is a cruiser-style bike – possibly a Harley with saddlebags.
