The former College of Saint Rose is ready to be sold.

According to the Times Union, the college has been authorized to begin sales of pianos, books and other items valued at less than $10,000 each.

The first big auction will be Dec. 8

On Dec. 12, the college will auction off its land and buildings.

The college closed at the end of the 2023-2024 academic year amid financial challenges and declining enrollment.
