“Sponsor A Child in Crisis Holiday Wish Tags” are currently available at Lia Toyota Colonie.

The wish tags display the wishes and urgent needs of local kids in crisis – often for basics like warm clothes and bedding.

Each wish tag has a special identifying code and lists a few items children need, items the child wants, as well as clothing size information and areas of the child’s interest. 

Things of My Very Own is a Schenectady-based nonprofit that provides crisis intervention services to kids who are neglected, or at risk.

You can pick up a wish tag and add a child in need to your holiday shopping list.
