A Saratoga County man is accused of kicking and damaging a person’s car.
Austin J. Cretty, 18, of Providence, has been charged with third-degree criminal mischief. The alleged incident happened on Sacandaga Road in the town of Galway, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office.
There was more than $250 worth of damage to the car, investigators said.
Cretty was released on an appearance ticket and is due in Galway Town Court at a later date.
