A man from Ballston Lake has been charged with 30 offenses, including assault and sexual abuse.
On Wednesday, 23-year-old Dillon M. Buono was arraigned in Saratoga County Court in relation to a number of instances that authorities claim took place between February and September of this year.
After authorities claimed that Buono had sexually assaulted and strangled someone at the Grand Prix Motel in Malta, he was taken into custody in September. The incident took place over a number of days.
In addition to sexual abuse, strangling, criminal obstruction of breathing, and severe criminal contempt, Buono faces many charges of assault and strangulation.
The Saratoga County Jail is where Buono is being detained.
