Wynantskill man allegedly drove to police station while drunk

A Wynantskill man is charged with driving under the influence to a police station.

48-year-old Louis Lippincott went to the Schodack State Police station to file a complaint. Troops said that he displayed signs of impairment during the interview. According to a test, the blood alcohol content was 0.22%.

0.08 is the legal limit.

He was released to a sober third party after being charged with DWI.
