Saratoga Springs man accused of having fentanyl, crack

Following a search of his residence, a guy from Saratoga Springs faces a long variety of drug-related offenses.

Following complaints from many residents regarding suspicious activity, police arrived on East Harrison Street at approximately 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. According to authorities, that covers both automobile and pedestrian traffic at all hours.

Michael Rosebrook, 39, was taken into custody by the investigators. Crack cocaine and fentanyl were allegedly in his possession.

Rosebrook faces three felony counts and one misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance, in addition to two counts of illegal sale of a controlled substance on or near school property. He is also accused of criminal annoyance and tampering with tangible evidence.

In June, Rosebrook was also taken into custody. That matter is still pending resolution.
