Investigations are underway into a fatal collision in Canaan, Columbia County.

After going off the road, the vehicle overturned and collided with a power pole.
According to officials, a passenger was flung from the vehicle.
Investigators said that victim was taken to Berkshire Medical Center, where they passed away.
