Police: Homeless man stole from Walmart

A homeless guy who was previously banned from the Wilton Walmart is accused of stealing.

According to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office, Sequan E. Fasion, 30, entered the building on November 29 with the intention of committing a crime. According to investigators, he also stole goods and damaged store property.

Fasion was accused of criminal tampering, burglary, criminal mischief, and petit larceny.

In lieu of bail, he was sent to Saratoga County Jail after being arraigned in Wilton Town Court.
