A Troy man is accused of both gun trafficking and marijuana trafficking.
As a convicted felon, Omjasisa Kentu Felder, 53, allegedly owned a 9mm firearm. According to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, he also conspired to distribute marijuana between 2021 and November 2022 and had marijuana with the intent to distribute in November 2022.
Felder was placed under arrest until trial after being arraigned on Monday.
The serious penalties for the charges include a maximum sentence of life in prison.
