On Tuesday, it occurred close to River Road and Whitmyer Drive shortly after 7 a.m. Then the car started to burn.
The driver was dragged out of the car by onlookers. But at Ellis Hospital, the driver was declared dead. According to the authorities, their identity is being kept secret until their family is informed.
No one else was in the automobile, they added.
