During a gunshot in Troy on Tuesday night, a car struck a 19-year-old man, injuring him.
Around 10:30 p.m., Troy police officers were called to the scene of a reported shooting at the intersection of 7th Avenue and Park Avenue.
A disturbance between a number of people and a person in a car parked nearby was the conclusion of the investigation. According to police, at least one person fired gunfire. A man was struck by a car during the incident. Police said he had serious non-life-threatening injuries and was rushed to the hospital.
The identity of the shooter is still unknown to investigators. At the scene, officers discovered a loaded firearm.
