Just before 10 p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, patrol officers from the Albany County Sheriff’s office went to a residence on Quail Street to see how a parolee was doing.

Investigators claim that Shequan G. Canteen, who is currently on parole for drug and firearm crimes, possessed approximately 10 grams of crack cocaine.

Fasimba K. Paul, 45, another resident of the house, had about 172 grams of cocaine and $18,000 in cash. Both of them allegedly possessed a computerized scale that is frequently used for drug packing.
