Texas Woman Arrested for Allegedly Offering Sexual Favors and Cash to Avoid Theft Charges

Thedailymiaminews– This is HOUSTON, Texas. The woman was taken into custody after it was reported that she attempted to bribe a police deputy with sexual acts and cash in the aftermath of a shoplifting incident that occurred at an Ulta Beauty Store.

The suspect, who has been named by the police as Cheheiry Villalobos Santoyo, was taken into custody by deputies from the office of Constable Mark Herman.

According to a press statement issued by the Office of Constable Mark Herman, deputies were dispatched to the store situated in the 19500 block of the North Freeway on January 8, 2025, following allegations of a shoplifter. In addition to leaving the store without paying for the merchandise, Villalobos Santoyo was accused of hiding merchandise with a value of more than $186. All of the products that had been stolen were found and brought back to the store.

The first determination was made by the Harris County District Attorney’s Office to accept charges of theft. On the other hand, Villalobos Santoyo is said to have attempted to bribe a male deputy in order to avoid being arrested when he was being transported to jail.

Theft and bribery are the charges that have been brought against Cheheiry Villalobos-Santoyo, who was taken into custody and lodged into the Harris County Jail. The information regarding her bond and legal proceedings has not been determined at this time, according to Constable Mark Herman.
