Weezer Bassist Scott Shriner’s Wife Shot by Cops, Booked for Attempted Murder

The Post can report that police shot and booked her for attempted murder. She is married to Weezer bassist Scott Shriner.

The event took place on Tuesday in the Los Angeles neighbourhood of Eagle Rock.

According to an LAPD news release, three misdemeanour hit-and-run suspects were found after police were asked for help. The suspects had left the scene of an accident on the freeway and ran into a residential area around 3:25 p.m.

As police searched for the suspects, they saw a woman with a gun outside her home. It turned out to be Shriner’s wife, Jillian Shriner, who is 51 years old.

The police said they yelled “many times” for her to drop the gun, but she wouldn’t.

The police then fired their guns when Jillian pointed the gun at them, according to the news release.

The LAPD says the musician’s wife was hit by the bullets, but TMZ says she was hit in the shoulder.

Police said Jillian went back to her house after being hit, but later she came out with another woman who they identified as the family’s babysitter and was arrested.

Los Angeles Fire Department rescuers took the woman who called herself a “rock-wife” to a nearby hospital, where she was treated for a gunshot wound that was not life-threatening. The police also said they found a 9-mm firearm in her home.

Since then, Jillian has been arrested for trying to kill someone.

The LAPD also said that no officers or people in the neighbourhood were hurt, and they confirmed that Jillian was not involved in the first hit-and-run.

According to KTLA, both Jillian and the other woman have been freed from police custody.

The Post has asked Weezer, Jillian, and the LAPD for their thoughts. Her spokesperson said she had been shot, but they wouldn’t say more about it.

KTLA got video from the crash that led to the search. They also talked to people who were there and saw one of the suspects leave the scene of the crime.

Alana Altmeyer told the news source, “I saw a man walking on the shoulder.” “My brother and I went over because we thought he was leaving the scene of an accident.”

She said that her brother and her were chasing him. When they caught up to him, he tried to run to the other side of the motorway but tripped and fell.

Altmeyer said, “He was bleeding from his head, his mouth, and his knees.”

Anyway, that didn’t stop him from reportedly jumping off the motorway and down a hill.

“I chased him down the side of the motorway, across the motorway and over a few fences,” Guy Binn, her brother, said. “He had a jumper and a bag.” I took his bag. I stole his jumper, and the guy was too fast for me to keep up. I went after him in the park but lost him.

Shriner married Jillian in 2005. He has been in Weezer since 2001, when he took over for Mikey Welsh.
