An investigation is ongoing following the death of one person in a two-car incident on Interstate 70 on Sunday morning.
According to the Indiana State Police, the incident occurred shortly after 5 a.m. on the ramp connecting I-70 westbound to I-65 southbound on Indianapolis’ near northeast side.
According to investigators, one person died in the crash. Police have not reported whether any other people involved in the crash were seriously injured.
ISP momentarily stopped the ramp so that their troopers could clean up and investigate the crash.
The incident is still under investigation.
