A 24-year-old man died after crashing into an SUV while riding a motorcycle at high speeds, according to Tulsa police.
According to TPD, the fatal accident occurred Tuesday just before 9 p.m. on the Broken Arrow Expressway near 129th East Avenue.
According to police, 24-year-old Robert Williamson was riding his motorcycle at about 155 mph in the eastbound lanes when he hit with a Cadillac, throwing him off.
The motorcycle was severely destroyed, and Williamson died on the scene. The driver of the Cadillac was brought to the hospital for minor injuries.
According to police, six motorcycle fatalities have occurred in Tulsa this year, with the majority being caused by excessive speeds and driving errors.
