A motorcycle that had been stolen was brought to the attention of the Motor Vehicle Theft Unit on Friday, just before six o’clock in the evening, according to the Colorado Springs Police Department.
A blue 2019 Kawasaki ER650 was taken by the suspect, Jerrid Dominguez, who is 40 years old, according to the police, who stated that the culprit was captured on surveillance camera during the investigation.
According to the police, Dominguez was seen riding the stolen motorcycle close to the intersection of Uintah Street and Querida Drive. According to them, officers went to make contact with Dominguez, who was taken into custody following a brief foot chase.
The police said that Dominguez was a person who had been convicted of stealing a motor vehicle on two separate occasions.
Dominguez was taken into custody by the police, and according to them, he was taken to the Criminal Justice Institution.
