The Coeymans Hollow Volunteer Fire Department left at 5am to get down to the Catskills for a 12-hour shift.

The Coeymans Hollow Volunteer Fire Corp. was one of a small handful of fire stations in the Capital Region who went down to help battle the fires in the Catskills.

So far, it’s left more than 200 acres in ashes.

Only on 13: NewsChannel 13’s Tessa Bentulan spoke exclusively to the crew this evening, shortly after returning to Coeymans Hollow from a long day fighting fires.
