Documents: Trump sign man allegedly defaced installed by Duanesburg Town Board member

According to court filings, a member of the Duanesburg Town Board put up the pro-Trump banner that a man is suspected of defacing with swastikas.

The 59-year-old Michael Coleman was accused of petit larceny and criminal mischief.

Coleman is accused of defacing Trump-Vance signs by applying black electrical tape to both sides of the sign to create swastikas. Michael Santolli, a town board member, filed the complaint, claiming that he had just put up the sign.

Prior to his dismissal following his arrest, Coleman served as the chief financial officer for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital Region.

On December 9 at 6 p.m., he is expected to appear in Duanesburg Town Court.
