Troy Police are looking into a large altercation that occurred in the city on Monday night.

According to authorities, about 20 persons were involved. Two teens are taken into custody.

On Monday afternoon, Troy Police received complaints of disturbances along 8th Street. Just before 6:30, they received another report about a fight.

Police reported that when they arrived, they discovered a group of people around two people who were fighting.

A 16-year-old girl and an 18-year-old male were taken into custody.

An appearance ticket was given to both.
