Price Chopper-Market 32 in Malta has put a school bus in its parking lot. They need your help to fill it with food.
The grocery shop has placed a school bus in its lot and invited patrons to donate to a nearby food pantry for the second year in a row.
Everything is acceptable, even regular toiletries and non-perishable food.
At the Franklin Community Center, which serves residents of Saratoga County, they are all in need.
Paul Colwell, the store manager, stated, “I don’t think people really realize how desperate the need is for families that are out there.”
This food goes a long way, and the number of individuals in need is at an all-time high.
At Malta’s Market 32, there are pre-packed bags close to the checkout lines, or you can buy what you want and the employees will see to it that it boards the bus.
