Following a disturbance in Wilton last week, the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office took 21-year-old Nicholas J. Towers into custody.
Around 12:54 p.m. on Friday, the Sheriff’s Office reports that they were called to a disturbance on Adirondack Circle in Wilton.
Towers is charged with violating a protective order by allegedly punching someone in the face with his hand, according to police.
According to authorities, Towers is also accused of committing a specific violation since he was found guilty of it within the previous five years.
According to officials, Towers was accused of severe family offense, second-degree harassment, and first-degree criminal contempt.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, he was remanded to the Saratoga County Jail for further proceedings after being arraigned in Wilton Town Court without being granted bail, bond, or a partially-secured bond.
