Red Cross helping six people after pair of recent fires

Six people are receiving aid from the Red Cross following two fires on Thursday night.

According to them, a fire on County Route 408 in Westerlo, Albany County, forced five adults to evacuate. They are receiving assistance with clothing, food, and shelter.

According to them, the second fire occurred on Dunnsville Road in Schenectady on Thursday night. Health services, blankets, comfort packages, and other items are being provided to a fire victim.
