Woman Killed in Train Collision in Seffner Confirmed Authorities

The body of a lady was discovered on railroad tracks in Seffner on Monday night. According to the deputies, the woman was struck by a train.

After receiving a complaint regarding a body on the tracks on South Parsons Avenue, south of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office arrived to the scene at approximately 11:30 p.m., according to a representative for the agency.

When deputies arrived, they discovered a woman named Mikayla Shannon Renee Redman, who was 26 years old. She was pronounced dead at the scene of the incident. The investigators came to the conclusion that Redman had been hit by a train.

No further information has been made public at this time. A spokesman for the organization stated that the inquiry into the event was still ongoing on Wednesday.
