Gunfire Chaos at Philly McDonald’s: Man Arrested as Young Girl Caught in Crossfire!

It has been reported by the police that a little child was accidentally shot outside of a McDonald’s restaurant located in the North Philadelphia neighborhood. Prosecution is now being brought against the individual who was accountable for the event.

An individual named Derrick Marshall, who is 32 years old, is being charged with aggravated assault, endangering welfare, and other counts that are pertinent to the incident. These charges are being brought against him in conjunction with the event.

On the evening of Wednesday, three minutes after six-fifteen o’clock, there was a gunshot heard in the parking lot of the fast food restaurant that is situated at the junction of North Broad Street and West Allegheny Avenue.

There is a video that shows the little girl, who is nine years old, being shot in the leg as she is walking to the firm that she is going to with her mother’s boyfriend.

The findings of the inquiry indicate that Marshall’s firearm was accidentally discharged, which resulted in the child being harmed.

The youngster was sent to the hospital, where it was determined that her status was stable upon arrival.
