Schoharie County has extended its burn ban because of the extremely dry conditions.

No outdoor fires of any kind are permitted including burn barrels or outdoor fireplace.

The burn will be in effect through Friday, Nov. 15. However, it’s the latest in a long line of short-term extensions.
