A Scotia woman is accused of possessing child pornography.
State Police said Sierra L. Cook, 27, had images consistent with child exploitation. Her arrest followed a search of her home. The investigation began from a cyber tip received by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Cook was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child. She was issued an appearance ticket and is due in Scotia Village Court on Dec. 5.
