Amtrak to temporarily restore some reduced train service in Rensselaer

Starting this Sunday evening, Nov. 24, Amtrak will resume part of the previously reduced service from its Rensselaer Train Station.

This is especially to assist commuters over Thanksgiving.For exactly one week, the combined Maple Leaf and Adirondack trains will resume their previous, independent timetables.

Additionally, this will lessen the length of time that some travelers spent in Rensselaer.On December 2, the new, shortened schedules will resume.
