Early on Monday morning, a bullet struck a fire station in Albany.
Around 2:40 a.m., officers were called to the Albany Fire Department’s Engine 9 quarters at 356 Delaware Ave. after receiving a complaint of gunfire, according to the police.
According to police, they saw signs of gunfire and a broken glass close to the intersection of Marshall Street and Delaware Avenue.
The fire department was not the incident’s planned aim, according to investigators. Active leads are being pursued by Albany Police.
There were no injuries.
