Cincinnati’s Food Scene Expands with New Restaurant Opening

The new eatery launched for business last month, according to the establishment’s social media accounts. Before AJ’s Cheesesteaks opened a physical facility, it operated as a food truck.

The restaurant offers a selection of cheesesteaks that can be created with either chicken or steak. American cheese and onions are used in the traditional Philly cheesesteak. Also on the menu are cheesesteaks like the chipotle Philly (which comes with American cheese, onions, sweet peppers, and chipotle mayo), Philly Supreme (which comes with provolone, onions, banana peppers, and mushrooms), pepper jack Philly (which comes with pepper jack cheese, onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and garlic aioli), AJ’s Way Philly (which comes with American cheese, onions, jalapenos, bacon, mushrooms, and AJ’s sauce), hot honey BBQ (which comes with American cheese, provolone, onions, jalapenos, hot honey, and BBQ sauce), jalapeno Swiss bacon Philly (which comes with Swiss cheese, onions, jalapenos, and bacon), smoked chipotle & bacon (which comes with smoked chipotle Monterey Jack cheese, onions, sweet peppers, bacon, and chipotle mayo), 2-cheese BBQ bacon loaded cheesesteak (which comes with American cheese, provolone, onions, mushrooms, banana peppers, sweet peppers, bacon, and BBQ sauce), Queen City cheesesteak (which comes with fried Cincy mett, grilled steak, onions, sweet peppers, chipotle mayo, and nacho cheese), and veggie, which comes with American cheese, provolone, onions, mushrooms, jalapenos, sweet peppers, and banana peppers.
