The journeys I’ve taken across the state of New Jersey have taken me to some truly remarkable locations. There were some that I was familiar with and couldn’t wait to visit, yet there were others that I had never heard of before.
When it comes to breakfast in New Jersey, we take the same level of care that we do with the food that we eat for every other meal. Having a strong belief that we are the greatest at what we do, we are enthusiastic about it.
We are the greatest at making any form of omelette, whether it be a pork roll with egg and cheese on an everything bagel, waffles or pancakes, or any other kind of omelette.
In New Jersey, there aren’t many places that serve breakfast that aren’t good. I have no doubt that you will be delighted with anything you find wherever you go.
The following is a list of some of my personal favorites that I have visited. If you are in the vicinity, I strongly suggest that you have a look at them.

These are the top ten breakfast restaurants in the state of New Jersey.
1. Olde World Bakery and Cafe
A fantastic combination of bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel is what they provide. When you are finished, you will be completely stuffed since they fill it to the brim. Moreover, they offer delicious cinnamon rolls and a variety of other sweets.

Their expansive menu has it all. My favorite is their waffle with strawberries.

Both their breakfast and lunch menus are enticing. Conveniently located on Route 206.

Dense delicious bagels and a great lunch menu too. Try the Heritage sandwich.
6. Woody’s Towne Cafe — Allentown
A cute breakfast joint in downtown Allentown.
7. illy Coffee At Earths End — Princeton
Delicious coffee and pastries in a tucked away part of Princeton.
9. PJ’s Pancake House — Princeton
Their name says it all. If you’re a pancake lover this place is for you.

They do a French Toast bagel better than any other place I’ve been to. Dip it in some syrup and you’re good to go.
