After leading police on a chase that resulted in a rollover accident in Philadelphia, two teenagers are currently on their way to the hospital for treatment.

A stolen Honda SUV was the target of the Upper Darby Police Department’s pursuit just before four o’clock on Sunday morning.

In Cobbs Creek, the police claim the SUV lost control at the intersection of Baltimore Avenue and Edgewood Street.

It toppled over on its side, causing SEPTA trolley lines to fall to the ground, and it collided with many parked cars.

The condition of the adolescents who were already inside the SUV is not yet known.
