Police: Argyle man inappropriately touched worker at business

An Argyle man is charged with unlawfully touching a customer at a company.

On November 21, at approximately 4:20 p.m., State Police were called to an Argyle business after receiving a report of a client touching a worker.

According to reports, 29-year-old Austin J. Enos touched someone without their consent.

Forcible touching was the charge against Enos. In lieu of $500 cash bail or bond, he was sent to Washington County Jail after being arraigned in Washington County Centralized Arraignment Court.
