Four persons were hospitalized following a car accident in Miami on Monday night.
It occurred shortly before 8 p.m. in the vicinity of 16th Avenue and South Dixie Highway.
According to officials, first responders discovered a white Mini that had smashed against a tree, trapping four individuals inside.
All four victims were sent to Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital in critical condition, but they are expected to survive.
According to Miami Fire Rescue, they range in age from 17 to 20 years.
A second vehicle was involved in the incident, but no one was injured.
The cause of the crash is being investigated by Miami police.
