United Airlines dropping direct flights from Albany to Newark in March

By the end of March, United Airlines will no longer operate direct nonstop service between Albany and Newark.

The last day of nonstop direct flights from Albany International Airport to Newark Liberty International Airport is March 29, according to the airline. A corporate spokesperson stated that travelers would need to make their connections at a different airport.

United will still operate flights from Albany to Dulles Airport in Washington and Chicago.
