Motorcyclist Suffers Severe Injuries in Crash With Car in Vevay Township, Authorities Say Speed Was a Factor

An accident between a car and a motorcycle that took place on Thursday evening resulted in the injuries of two people.

It took place in the vicinity of Hull and Coy Road in Vevay Township, according to the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office, at approximately seven o’clock in the evening.

According to the information that we have, a man from Mason who was 86 years old was driving in the area when he was struck by a man from Leslie who was 62 years old and riding a motorcycle.

It was reported by the authorities that the motorcyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, was transported to the hospital with severe injuries, while the other man was treated for minor injuries for his injuries.

However, according to witnesses, speed was a factor in the incident that is currently being investigated by the authorities.
